The challenge:
Challenge anyone? As I was making my sister's house a little less slashy for her return, I thought up a wicked challenge.
1. Can be any fandom (preferably TS though), as long as it is slash (yes, subtext does count)
2. Magnetic Poetry has to be in the story.
3. Cleaning up of 'evidence' is required
4. And of course, the hardest part -- it has to be under 500 words.
My response:
A. Kite (2000)
Okay, the living room was good. He tackled the bathroom next. Dirty towels into the hamper, rinse the sink out, the tub didn't look that bad. Okay, bathroom done.
Blair was putting the last dirty dish into the dishwasher when he heard the key in the door. He plastered on a big smile, and walked into to the living room to greet his Sentinel. "Hey, Jim, how was the trip?"
"Fine, Sandburg, just fine." Jim sat his bag down and headed for the kitchen. "I could use a beer, though."
Too late Blair remembered the poetry he had stuck up on the refrigerator. He'd moved Jim's magnets around too. He closed his eyes and braced himself for the onslaught. No bellowing, "Sandburg!" Just silence. Blair dared a peek with one eye and found Jim looking back at him.
